11月も終わりに近づき紅葉も見頃になってきました。
さて先日も弊社に来られたお客様から素敵なおすそ分けを頂きました。
秋の彩り鮮やかな四つ溝柿。
四つ溝柿とは長泉町の特産品です。
以下は長泉町HPより紹介文。
“愛鷹山麓が原産という。昭和30年代以降、長泉町内で栽培が盛んになった。
渋柿の一種だが、渋抜きしたものはまろやかな甘みとシャキシャキとした歯ごたえが特徴。旬は10、11月で、1月ごろまで味わえる。”
長窪の辺りをドライブしていると（水と緑の杜公園に登っていくところです）よく作っているのを見かけますね。
私の出身地大阪では柿はスーパーで買うものなのですが、
沼津ではそこここになっていて、ご近所さんから頂くこともしばしば。
早速お昼休みに切って美味しく頂戴しました。湯浅さんどうもご馳走さまでした！
実り豊かなお土地柄ならではのサンディオスの一風景でした。

One of the things I like about working in Numazu is getting a small gift (mostly delicious local food) from our clients!
I have never worked in a design office like Sundios which often receives goodies from people we have business with.
So called, “Osusowake” means to bring something little to your friends and neighbours.
I call this happiness sharing 🙂
The other day, a fiend of ours, he is an artist!, brought to our office heart shaped (Yotsumizo-Kaki) persimmons.
